How to Pack Your Return

Ensuring that your returned product reaches us in its original condition is essential for a smooth refund or exchange process. Please follow these guidelines when packing your return:

1. Use the Original Packaging
  • Whenever possible, return the product in its original box and packaging to prevent damage.
  • If the original packaging is unavailable, use a sturdy corrugated box to ensure safe transit.
2. Secure the Product Properly
  • Wrap fragile items with bubble wrap or other protective material to prevent breakage.
  • If returning multiple items, ensure that they do not collide inside the box.
  • Fill empty spaces in the box with paper, foam, or cushioning material to prevent movement.
3. Include All Accessories & Documentation
  • Return all original accessories, certificates, and manuals (if applicable).
  • If the product came with an authenticity certificate or warranty card, ensure it is included in the return package.
4. Seal the Package Securely
  • Use strong adhesive tape to securely seal the package and prevent it from opening during transit.
  • If using the original shipping box, reinforce the seals if needed.
5. Label the Package Correctly
  • Use the return shipping label provided by Dirums. 
  • Ensure that your Order Number and Return Reference Number (if applicable) are included on the package.
6. Handover to the Courier Safely
  • If a pickup is arranged, hand over the package directly to the assigned courier agent.
  • If shipping the package yourself, choose a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with our support team.(Please consult the support team for any clarification)
7. Important Notes
  • Products that are damaged due to improper packing may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Dirums is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments if sent without proper tracking.
  • Customers are strongly encouraged to record an unboxing video when receiving and returning products to ensure smooth processing of claims.
