1. Order Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Custom-made or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- Bulk or wholesale orders may have different cancellation terms. Please contact our support team for details.
How do I cancel my order?
- To cancel your order, log in to your Dirums account, go to My Orders, select the order, and choose the Cancel option.
- Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team with your order details.
- Once canceled, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
2. Return Policy
Can I return my order?
- We offer a no-questions-asked return policy within 7 days of delivery.
- If a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly mentioned in the product return policy at the time of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.
- International orders are currently non-returnable due to shipping and customs constraints.
- If an incorrect or damaged product is received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (such as an unboxing video).
How do I return an order?
- Contact our support team or initiate a return request through My Orders on our website.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup (wherever applicable). If a pickup is unavailable in your location, you may need to self-ship the item to our return center.
- Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy
What are my refund options?
You can choose between:
- Exchange for another product of the same value (subject to availability).
- Refund methods:
- Dirums Wallet (Store credit for future purchases).
- Original payment method (Credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
- Direct bank transfer (for select payment modes).
When will I receive my refund?
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.
4. Important Notes
- Unboxing Video: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the package. This helps in resolving disputes related to damaged or incorrect products.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items, including custom-made products, made-to-order artworks, and perishable goods, are non-returnable. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
- Damaged/Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence.
- Return Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer may need to bear the return shipping charges.
